You will need to be present when we start service. ※当日のお立会いが必要です。 Please start electricity and water supply by the day of starting service. ※当日までに電気と水道の開通をお願い致します。
Basically, you won't need to be present when we stop service, but you may be asked to be present, for example, if your residence is equipped with a self-locking door,our office will contact you at a later date. ※基本的にお立会いは不要です。
オートロックの場合等、お客さまにお立会いをお願いする場合のみ、後日営業所から連絡させていただきます。
Both supply destinations (to start and stop) need to be users of TOHO LIQUEFIED GAS. ※どちらも東邦液化ガスの供給先である必要があります。

閉栓お申込みstopping service

閉栓区分stop reason 必須required

​If you wish to stop the service due to moving, please select "relocation", or if you wish to temporarily stop using the service, please select "Unused". ※お引越しに伴いガスを止める場合は「転居」、ガスのご利用を一時的に止める場合は「不使用」を選択してください。

If you have a TOHO GAS electricity contract and need to cancel your electricity contract, please apply to cancel your service and then apply separately by phone (0570-019104) to cancel your electricity contract. ※東邦ガスの電気をご契約中のお客さまで、電気の解約も必要な方は、ガスのご使用中止を申込いただいたのち、電気の解約は別途お電話(0570-019104)で申込お願いします。
